Dear Sir / Madam,    

               We are reaching out to you with the following request: 

1  Please provide us with the PIC document or your statement to the media, where you stated/claimed that Croatia and Serbia are the 'guarantors of Dayton Peace Agreement', if such a document or statement for the media exists. 

2  During his visit to Bosnia and Herzegovina of February 2024, Assistant Secretary for European and Eurasian Affairs, as well as someone who took part in writing the Dayton Agreement, Mr.  James O'Brian stated that Croatia and Serbia are not the guarantors of Dayton Peace Agreement. Please confirm to us that the PIC also treats Serbia and Croatia in accordance with what Mr. O'Brian said.
